How to buy
You start inside the app; Stripe takes the payment.
- Open Eyva. Go to Settings → Account & plan. Cloud turns need a free account: you sign in with a six-digit code sent by e-mail, and there is no password.
- Choose a plan or a credit pack. Choose opens Stripe’s checkout page in your browser. The app shows no prices — they are on this page and on Stripe’s page — and it never sees your card.
- Pay on Stripe’s page. Stripe e-mails your receipt. Go back to the app: your plan appears there within a minute.
Today’s limitPlans are chosen in the app from 12 October 2026, the day of the first release.
Cancel, refunds, tax
Cancel any time.
- Plans renew every month until you cancel. Cancel in the app under Settings → Account & plan → Manage subscription, which opens Stripe’s customer portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Refunds. Your legal rights always apply. If you live in the EU/EEA, the UK or Türkiye you can withdraw from a paid plan within 14 days. Your right to withdraw has the details.
- Tax. Stripe is the merchant of record and works out any sales tax or VAT at checkout, before you pay.
Where plans are offered.
As of version 1.0, cloud replies and paid plans are not offered to accounts in the EU/EEA, the UK or Türkiye. There Eyva runs fully on your Mac, free. The privacy policy says why and what would change it.
Buying a plan or a pack means agreeing to the terms and the privacy policy.
How the turns work
Only the cloud counts.
- Your computer is never metered, on any plan.
- A turn count is a guide. The allowance is measured by cost, so one very long turn uses more than a short one.
- No rollover. Unused turns end with the month.
- At the limit, you choose: stay local until the plan renews, or spend credit.
